About the Ticket System
As of 03/01/2026, the Results Correction Ticket System has been fully integrated into the Help Desk for improved tracking and support.
NASDA utilizes an electronic Help Desk Ticket System to efficiently manage and track corrections. Each submission is assigned a unique ticket number and captures essential information from the user. This system ensures that communication is recorded, monitored, and supported by comprehensive documentation—allowing for a clear and traceable resolution process.
While everyone involved—from exhibitors submitting accurate entry forms, to judges in the field, trial secretaries inputting results, and NASDA systems reviewing and approving them—works diligently to ensure complete and accurate results, occasional errors may still occur. The ticket system is in place to support all parties in resolving those issues as efficiently as possible.
Additionally, per NASDA policy, results corrections must be submitted within 365 days of the event date.
Please note that NASDA is unable to respond to results correction requests submitted outside of the ticket system.
