Ticket Type: Results Corrections

Use this ticket when a posted result for an individual dog is incorrect. Examples include an incorrect class, missing points, or inaccurate scoring on a qualifying run. This type of ticket is submitted directly from your dog’s results under My Dogs.

How to Submit a Results Correction:

  1. Go to My Dogs.
  2. Click View Details next to your dog.
  3. Click View Details next to the incorrect result.
  4. Click Submit Ticket.
  5. Fill in the form with:
    • Corrected data
    • Supporting documentation (e.g., event results, photos, labels)
    • Any relevant notes

Each record must have its own correction ticket. Once submitted, the ticket enters the admin review queue.

What Happens After Submission:

  • The ticket is reviewed by NASDA administration.
  • If valid, it is forwarded to the host club for review and response.
  • Host clubs have 10 business days to respond and may consult original scribe sheets, judges, or NASDA if needed.
  • If necessary, the host club submits corrected results through the Event Results Submission process.
  • After the updated results are processed and verified, the ticket is closed.

To View Your Tickets:

  • Go to My Dogs.
  • Click Tickets.

Your tickets and their status are displayed under each ticket type. You may click on the ticket to view additional information including notes from NASDA admin.

Important Notes:

  • Results correction tickets cannot be edited after submission.
  • If a ticket is closed due to missing documentation, it may be resubmitted with the correct materials.
  • Titles will not be updated until the next title run.
