Ticket Type: Missing Results

If your dog’s results are missing from an entire event, you can submit a Missing Results Ticket to help resolve the issue.

How to Submit:

  1. Locate the Event Group ID (EGID) for your dog.
  2. Go to My Dogs.
  3. Click Tickets.
  4. Click New Ticket under the Missing Results section.
  5. Select the appropriate EGID from the dropdown menu.
  6. Include supporting documentation, such as:
    • Event results files
    • Photos of posted results at the event
    • Award labels
    • Any other proof confirming your dog participated in the event
  7. Add relevant notes to clarify what’s missing or why you’re submitting the ticket.

The more detail and documentation you can provide, the easier and faster it is for NASDA and the host club to review and correct the issue.

What Happens After Submission:

  • The ticket is reviewed by NASDA administration.
  • If valid, it is forwarded to the host club for review and response.
  • Host clubs have 10 business days to respond and may consult original scribe sheets, judges, or NASDA if needed.
  • If necessary, the host club submits corrected results through the Event Results Submission process.
  • After the updated results are processed and verified, the ticket is closed.

Important Notes:

  • Results correction tickets cannot be edited after submission.
  • If a ticket is closed due to missing documentation, it may be resubmitted with the correct materials.
  • Titles will not be updated until the next title run.
