Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Why can’t I submit a ticket for Master Champion QQs or Grand Champion QQQs?
Master Champion Double Qs (QQs) and Grand Champion Triple Qs (QQQs) begin recording after a dog has completed their Level III title. If there’s an issue with QQs or QQQs, it’s most often the result of an error in a qualifying leg for Level I, II, or III.
Because of this, NASDA does not accept direct correction tickets for MCH or GRCH Qs. Instead, if you believe there’s an error, please submit a correction ticket for the specific run or class at the lower levels (Level I, II, or III). Once those are corrected, the QQs and QQQs are automatically recalculated and updated in most cases.
❓ My correction was approved and resulted in a new title. Why isn’t the title showing up?
New titles—including Master Champion (MCH), Grand Champion (GCH), and any titles earned as a result of a correction—will not appear immediately after the correction is processed. These updates are included in NASDA’s next scheduled title run.
Title runs are processed periodically and include all eligible titles earned or corrected since the last update. Rest assured, once your correction is complete, the title will be recognized and displayed after the next title update is published.
❓ Why can’t NASDA just fix the result based on what I sent them?
While we appreciate your detailed documentation, most results corrections require review and action by the host club, not just NASDA. That’s because the host club has access to critical materials such as:
- Original entry forms
- Scorecards and scribe sheets
- Class change records
- The event’s scoring file
Additionally, correcting one dog’s result can impact scoring for the entire class—for example, changing placements, bonus points, or even qualifying status for other dogs. To ensure accuracy and fairness for all competitors, corrections must go through a formal review and be submitted by the host club through their official Event Results Correction process.
This multi-step approach helps preserve the integrity of the results while making sure all necessary documentation is reviewed.
❓ Why isn’t there a ticket option for missing titles?
NASDA titles are generated directly from your dog’s event results. That means the best way to ensure your titles are accurate is to review your results for accuracy. If a result is missing or incorrect, submit a Results Correction Ticket—fixing that result will typically resolve any title issues as well.
In rare cases where a title doesn’t issue correctly despite all results being accurate and up to date, you can email admin@nasda.dog with a description of the issue. This helps NASDA investigate and resolve unique cases that fall outside the standard ticket system.
