How Online Titles are Judged
Once a handler submits their video through the NASDA dashboard, the submission enters a judging queue. Judges evaluate videos in the order they are received, with the first available judge assigned to each entry.
Turnaround Time for Results
Similar to in-person NASDA events, online results are typically posted within 7 days of submission. However, during periods of high submission volume or when judges are actively officiating in-person trials, processing times may be longer.
Time Scoring for Online Runs
Regardless of the actual length of the submitted video, each run is assigned a standardized time of 2:00.0 for judging purposes. This ensures consistency across all online entries.
Processing of LI-I Bonus Points for MLIOCH Titles
For teams working toward the Master Lost Item Online Champion (MLIOCH) title, LI-I bonus points are typically processed during the last title run of the following month. This timeline allows exhibitors to review their MLIOCH runs for accuracy and request any necessary corrections before the bonus points are applied.
Once processed, LI-I bonus points will be recorded with the same date and event ID as the MLIOCH run. Any titles earned as a result of these points will also display under that date.
Viewing Your Results
Once a judge completes the review, results are automatically updated in your dog’s dashboard under Event Results. Handlers can also view all online results for a specific month by using the NASDA Event Group ID in the Event Results tab on the NASDA website.
This process ensures consistency and fairness while allowing teams to earn titles remotely with the same rigorous standards applied in in-person competitions.
