Results Correction - Missing Result

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy of results, errors may occur. Please take a moment to review and follow the steps below to resolve missing results:
1. Confirm results have been posted for this event: Clubs have 7 days from the end of a trial to submit event results. It will then take an additional 7-14 days for results to be reviewed, processed and posted if there are no errors or issues with the results. You may confirm event results have been posted by clicking "Events" then "Event Results" in the main menu at https://nasda.dog. From there, you can search for the event by club. The status for the results is posted. Missing results tickets for events where results have not yet been posted cannot be processed.
2. Gather documentation: Once you have confirmed the event results have been posted, you will need to gather documentation for your ticket such as event results emailed by the club, photos of event results showing your dog taken at the event, ribbons with results labels that include the Event ID, class, level and results with your dog's registration number. You will also need the Event Group ID (EGID) for this event. You can find this by following the steps above. The EGID is listed on the Event Result page. If results are missing for only one trial in an event weekend, you will also need the event id, which can be accessed by clicking "Results Posted." Missing results tickets where the EGID does not match the host club or trial dates or tickets without detailed documentation cannot be processed.
3. Submit a missing result ticket: Please view the video for detailed steps on submitting the ticket.
Once submitted, your ticket will be reviewed by a member of the NASDA team. If needed, it will be forwarded to the host club through the ticket system for review and correction. You can follow the status of your ticket in the "Tickets" screen of your dashboard.
