Does NASDA have a Junior Handler program?
NASDA supports and encourages youth dog sports. Our Junior Handler program for individuals under the age of 18 years is currently under development. Currently, parents or guardians may register their youths for a Junior Handler ID (JHID). This number should be included with youth entries into trials so host clubs can record it as part of the event results. Junior Handlers must be able to handle their own dog throughout the course without coaching during the run, including unleashing and leashing up their canine partner. We look forward to recognizing the accomplishments of our Junior Handlers! You can register your junior handler here: https://nasda.dog/junior-handler-application/ |
