General Rules:

• Exhibitors may NOT provide their own sheds at NASDA Championship events. Sheds of varying size are available.
• Retrieves are judged as they are in Shed Dog III
• There is no minimum or maximum distance between the hide and the start line.

Round 1 & 2:

• Single shed retrieve
• Within 24” of the handler
• Dogs may compete on leash, at the handler’s discretion

Semifinals:

• 1–3 sheds (determined by random draw)
• Retrieve to hand required
• Dogs must run off leash

Championship Round:

• 0–4 sheds (determined by random draw)
• The number of hides is unknown.
• Retrieve to hand required
• Dogs must run off leash
• The judge will not call the shed find.
• Handler may call finish to end time when they feel all sheds have been found.
