All trial sanctioning fees are non-refundable. Once a trial has been sanctioned and the fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Trials sanctioned less than 30 days prior to the start date are subject to a $50.00 late fee. This fee is in addition to the standard trial sanctioning fee and must be paid in full before the trial can be sanctioned. All fees, including the trial sanctioning fee and any applicable late fees, must be paid in full at the time of sanctioning. Failure to pay these fees may result in the trial not being sanctioned or delayed. We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
