Before you submit — Title or Score Correction Requests
NASDA utilizes an electronic Results Correction Ticket System to efficiently manage and track
all correction requests. Each submission receives a unique ticket number and captures essential details from
the user. This ensures all communication is properly recorded, monitored, and supported by complete documentation
— providing a clear, traceable path to resolution.
While everyone involved — from exhibitors submitting accurate entry forms, to judges in the field, trial
secretaries entering results, and the NASDA systems reviewing and approving them — works diligently to ensure
accuracy, occasional errors can still occur. The ticket system exists to support all parties in resolving those
issues quickly and efficiently.
Please note: NASDA is unable to respond to results correction requests submitted outside of the official ticket system.

Missing Titles
Common Reasons for Missing Titles
Title Run in Progress: Some reports and titles may be temporarily unavailable during a title run. They should display once the “Title Run in Progress” message is no longer visible.
Results Not Yet Posted: NASDA processes event results in the order they are received. Host clubs have 7 days after a trial to submit results, and processing can take 7–14 days, sometimes longer if corrections are needed. While event results may appear quickly, titles may take a week or more to update.
Title Run Not Yet Completed: Event results may be posted, but titles will not appear until the next title run has been processed. Titles are issued only after all events within a period have been completed.
Missing or Incorrect Results: Exhibitors should carefully review their dog’s records once results are posted. If there is an error, first contact the host club, as they have access to entry forms, payments, and score sheets. If unresolved, submit a ticket from your NASDA account for assistance.
Dog Not Yet Eligible: A dog must earn the prior level title before points count toward the next title. For example, if a dog competes in UL-III and UL-II in Trial 1 but earns the UL-II title in Trial 2, UL-III points will not count toward titles until the next trial. If you feel this is in error, review your dog’s results for the prior level and follow the process described above under Missing or Incorrect Results.
Why isn’t there a ticket option for Missing Titles?
There is no ticket option for a missing title because missing titles are caused by a results error. Once the
results error is corrected, the title will appear after the next title run is completed.
