Before you submit — Title or Score Correction Requests

NASDA utilizes an electronic Results Correction Ticket System to efficiently manage and track all correction requests. Each submission receives a unique ticket number and captures essential details from the user. This ensures all communication is properly recorded, monitored, and supported by complete documentation — providing a clear, traceable path to resolution.

While everyone involved — from exhibitors submitting accurate entry forms, to judges in the field, trial secretaries entering results, and the NASDA systems reviewing and approving them — works diligently to ensure accuracy, occasional errors can still occur. The ticket system exists to support all parties in resolving those issues quickly and efficiently.

Please note: NASDA is unable to respond to results correction requests submitted outside of the official ticket system.

Before you submit — Competitor Registration or ID Issues

To update your dog's name, registered name, sex, birthdate, or status, click "Update Dog" next to your dog's name on the My Dogs screen in your NASDA account.

You may also use this screen to transfer ownership of a dog to another user by updating the owner name and email address.

Please note that breed changes require NASDA review along with documentation verifying the updated breed, such as kennel club registration or DNA results.

If Your Dog Is Not Showing in Your Account

If a dog you previously registered is not displaying in your account, this typically indicates an issue with the email address associated with the original registration. Please verify the email used when the dog was first registered before submitting a request.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide as much detail as you can about the problem you are experiencing.

Please include the following information when applicable:
