Each individual trial has a unique identifier used throughout the database to track event results.

Each digit provides a specific piece of information:

Event IDs are grouped under a single Event Group ID (EGID).  The EGID helps easily group your event results for reporting and management.

2023 is the year

09 is the month

001 is the club

If the club hosts more than one trial in a month, there may also be a text character at the end of the EGID, for example 202309001A, 202309001B.

Note:  Event results submitted with invalid Event IDs and / or EGID will be returned to the host club for correction.
