Types of Tickets

There are two types of Results Correction Tickets. Both types are submitted directly by exhibitors for their individual dog. Clubs should review and respond to tickets within 7 business days.

Results Correction Ticket

The Results Correction ticket is submitted for an existing result in the database. It includes the Event ID, Class, Registration Number as well as the results posted by the host club and the correction requested by the exhibitor along with any documentation. These tickets are reviewed by NASDA administration for accuracy and completeness before being sent to the host club.

Below is an example of a ticket submitted by an exhibitor. In this case, the exhibitor is reporting that this dog did not compete in this event. NASDA admin confirmed that this registration number was included in the event results submitted by the host club. This run likely belongs to a different dog but we need the host club’s assistance to resolve the issue.

Missing Results Ticket

These tickets are submitted by exhibitors when there are no results for their dog within an event. The exhibitor provides detailed information regarding what they were entered in as well as specific documentation demonstrating the dog should be included.

Like the results correction ticket, these tickets are reviewed by NASDA admin for accuracy and completeness before they are sent to the host club for additional assistance.

In the example shown below, an exhibitor is submitting a ticket because their dog’s registration number was recorded incorrectly in trial secretary software and as a result their dog’s results are being posted to another dog.
