Statement on Ethical and Legal Obligations Regarding Entry Fees and Event Results

Accepting entry fees from exhibitors obligates the organizer to provide the services promised, including the timely submission of complete and accurate event results. Failing to fulfill these obligations is not only a breach of trust but is also highly unethical.

Moreover, such actions could potentially constitute theft or fraudulent activity, as exhibitors have paid for a service that has not been rendered. Misrepresentation or neglect in delivering promised results undermines the integrity of the sport, damages the reputation of the organization, and may expose the responsible parties to legal consequences.

It is the duty of every administrator and organizer to act transparently and responsibly, ensuring that all commitments made to exhibitors are honored in a timely and accurate manner. NASDA takes these responsibilities seriously and will enforce strict accountability to protect the interests of the exhibitors and uphold the integrity of the sport.
