About Apprentice Assignment Requests
Apprentice Judges are tasked with requesting approval for their assignments. These requests are submitted electronically from the “Apprentice Details” screen in their judging dashboard.
The request form automatically populates the JID, Judge Name and Email based on their sign on. Apprentices must select a future Event Group (EGID). This automatically populates other key fields to help the administrative team evaluate the request. The apprentice must then submit details about the judge, classes, etc for review and approval.

Upon submission, the request becomes available to the four designated approval users:
- NASDA Admin Liz Carter
- NASDA Admin Sheila Gibbons
- Judging Director
- Events Director
