The trial sanctioning application allows clubs to sanction multiple trials in the same weekend.  The club will need to provide:

• Venue and address
• Trial Secretary contact information
• Link to premium (PDF preferred) *
• List of classes and levels to be offered
• Judges to be used (judges must be currently licensed for classes offered)
• Information about any events held in conjunction
• $20.00 per trial sanctioning fee

When you are ready to sanction, you can access the Trial Sanctioning Request form via the Club Admin dashboard.

Once you have submitted trial sanctioning, the application will be reviewed by the Events Director.  The Events Director may email the host club at the contact provided with additional questions during the review process.  Once approved, the trial will display on the event calendar.
