Updating the Event Premium

Overview

Each NASDA-sanctioned event must have a current and accessible premium link so exhibitors can easily find important details such as entry information, fees, and policies. Clubs are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.

The Club Events page allows Club Administrators to update their own event premium links directly in Club Admin, providing greater flexibility and efficiency.


Steps to Update the Premium Link

  1. Log in to your Club Admin account.
  2. Select “View Events” next to the desired club.
  3. Locate the event you wish to update and click “Update Premium.”
  4. Enter or paste the current URL to your event premium.
  5. Click Save to finalize your changes.

Once saved, the updated link will be immediately visible to exhibitors on the public event listing.


Best Practices

  • Verify that the link opens correctly before saving.
  • Ensure the premium contains current information, including dates, location, judges, fees, and entry instructions.
  • If you post a new version of the premium later, be sure to update the link again to prevent confusion.
